Single file
$9: the newest weekly file at the time you pay, one time. No account and no renewal. The download page address works for 30 days from purchase.
Monthly subscription
$29 a month: a new weekly file each week. It is charged when you subscribe and again every month on that date until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. See how to cancel and the refund policy.

How to cancel a monthly subscription
Open the Stripe customer portal. Enter the email you paid with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link. Choose Cancel subscription. You can do this at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for (one month from your last charge), and nothing more is charged. We do not refund part of a billing period after you cancel. If the portal does not work for you, write to freshfilingsfl@gmail.com from the email you paid with, name the product, and we will cancel it for you and confirm by reply within 3 business days. The portal is the main way to cancel.
What the price covers
Cleaning, dedupe, removing person fields and dropping free text, address joins where noted and weekly packaging of public records. The records themselves are public and free at the source. We do not promise sales or results.
