1. Who sells

JAVIER ALEJANDRO FERNANDEZ CASTANEDA sells New Authority Lists files ("we", "us"). The seller is an individual, a sole proprietor in Florida, USA. Contact: freshfilingsfl@gmail.com. We reply within 3 business days. Removal requests: 5 business days (section 8).

2. What you get

A single file is the newest weekly CSV of the product you chose at the time you pay. A monthly subscription is one new weekly CSV each week while the subscription is active. Right after payment you land on a private download page for your product. Save its address and keep it private. A single file link works for 30 days from purchase. A monthly subscriber uses the same page each week while the subscription is active, and it lists the 4 newest files. We do not send files by email, so save the page address. If you lose your download page address, write to freshfilingsfl@gmail.com from the email you paid with and we will send it again (a single file: until its 30 days end; a monthly subscription: while it is active). New files are normally posted on Tuesday. Row counts depend on what the source agency has published.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page and the pricing page: $9 for a single weekly file, $29 a month for a monthly subscription. The checkout page shows the final amount before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. A subscription is charged when you subscribe and again every month on that date until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, access stops until the payment goes through, or for good if the subscription is closed. To cancel, open the Stripe customer portal. Enter the email you paid with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link. Choose Cancel subscription. You can do this at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for (one month from your last charge), and nothing more is charged. We do not refund part of a billing period after you cancel. If the portal does not work for you, write to freshfilingsfl@gmail.com from the email you paid with, name the product, and we will cancel it for you and confirm by reply within 3 business days. The portal is the main way to cancel.

4. License to use

You may use the files for your own business. You may not resell the files, share them in bulk, publish them, or offer them as a competing data product. Do not share the download page address. The underlying public records stay public. We claim only our selection, cleaning and formatting. If we refund a charge, your license to that file ends and you should delete it.

5. As is, and accuracy

Data is provided as is. Sources can change or correct records at any time. We do not promise it is complete, current or accurate. Files are not the official record. Check the official source before you rely on a record. We do not promise any sales or results.

6. Your duties (buyer responsibility)

You are responsible for how you use the data. You must follow CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, do-not-call rules, and state privacy, telemarketing and marketing laws. This is true even for business contacts. Do not use the data to contact people at home, or to decide credit, jobs, housing or insurance eligibility for a person. Files are built from company records. We do not sell email addresses or phone numbers, and we do not tell you how to contact anyone. If you add contact details from another source, those laws apply to you.

7. Not affiliated

Built from public records published by FMCSA and the City of New York. Not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, the US Department of Transportation, the NYC Department of Buildings or the City of New York. See data sources and terms.

8. Reporting an error and removal requests

We remove person fields, and free text is dropped, not shipped. The checks are automatic and can miss things. If you find a name or a private detail in a file, report an error and we will remove it. To report an error or ask for a record to be removed, write to freshfilingsfl@gmail.com with the file name, the row id (docket, permit or violation number) and what is wrong. Please do not send private details beyond that. We reply within 5 business days. If we agree, we put the row id on a removal list that every build reads, so the record leaves future files and the free previews from the next build. A removal request changes future builds only. It does not change a file a buyer already downloaded, and it does not edit the weekly files we have already built and stored. Stored files expire by replacement, not by edit: we keep the newest 8 weekly files of each product and delete older ones when a new week is added, the monthly download page lists only the newest 4, and a single-file link stops working 30 days after purchase. A removed record can therefore stay in stored files for up to 8 weeks, and it stays in any copy a buyer already saved. We cannot change the public source record: ask the agency that publishes it.

9. Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a file is limited to the price you paid for that file or, for a subscription, the charge for the billing period in question. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.

10. Refunds

Refunds: write to freshfilingsfl@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We refund the full charge ($9 for a single file, $29 for a monthly charge) if the file has a problem we caused that we cannot fix, if you were charged after your cancellation took effect, or if you were charged twice. We do not refund part of a billing period after you cancel. Refunding a monthly charge also cancels the subscription. The full rules and a table are on the refund policy.

11. Changes and law

We may change these terms for future sales. The terms on this page on the day you buy apply to that purchase. Governing law: the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
